July 29: Rainbow’s End Racing Stable “Brunch at the Barn”
July 29, 2021 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
“It’s not the size of your stable that matters – it’s the size of your heart. Get involved!” – Robert P. Scavetta, Managing Partner, Rainbow’s End Racing Stable LLC
What is “Brunch at the Barn”?
The Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation (TRF) is proud to host a very special “Brunch at the Barn” for the partners, friends and family of Rainbow’s End Racing Stable. The brunch at the barn is a unique opportunity to visit a beautiful, private horse farm in Saratoga, hosted by generous donors to the TRF, for racing partnerships who wish to bring their partners together to meet one another and a barn-full of retired racehorses with the intention of expanding their partners’ understanding of the athletes at the heart of horse racing. We are grateful to the leadership and partners of Rainbow’s End Racing Stable for their dedication to the horses and the humans (jockeys) at the heart of horse racing, as well the dedicated individuals who care for them all.
About the Event: The family-friend “Brunch at the Barn” will provide a unique, fun and hands-on opportunity for the Rainbow’s End Racing Stable partners to meet a barn full of Herd Ambassadors for the 500 retired Thoroughbred racehorses in the TRF herd. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with the horses, feed them treats, take photographs and learn about the long and healthy life that the TRF promises to each of its horses when their racing days are done.
Light brunch/lunch fare and a TRF “swag basket” raffle will be provided!
Proceeds from raffle tickets and merchandise sales will benefit the TRF.
