Robin Williams is an award-winning journalist and storyteller who specializes in humorous essays. Robin is a former racing commissioner and past president of the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation. Ms. Williams is also formerly a feature writer for the Richmond Times-Dispatch, she has published two collections of general interest essays which have become popular gift books: Bush Hogs and Other Swine and Chivalry, Thy Name Is Bubba.
Robin is also the author of The Key to the Quarter Pole, an award-winning novel set at Colonial Downs racetrack. Robin’s latest book, The Last Romantic War, a bio-memoir of life during World War II, is slated for publication in late 2019.
