Walk for the Horses: Bill Duncliffe
Bill Duncliffe’s “Walk for the Horses”
Celebrating a Birthday, Taking a Long Walk & Making an Impact along the way – join Bill on his “Walk for the Horses”!

A message from Bill:
The Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation’s Second Chances Program gives our equine athletes a second career by allowing them to help people who perhaps never had a chance get a “leg up” on a new direction in life.
As someone who is the living embodiment of the phrase “There but for the grace of God go I” this cause is very important to me. To mark my 65 th birthday I’m hoping you’ll contribute to my fundraiser for this wonderful program. On the weekend of October 16 th I plan on walking the 26 miles and 385 yards (that’s just under 210 furlongs!) of the Boston Marathon route to raise money for this wonderful cause. I’m in the midst of morning workouts right now, building up to the big day. I’ll keep you posted on my progress as the time nears.
In the meantime, I encourage you to explore the TRF website to find out more about this tremendous program and to donate to this terrific cause. Thank you!
