Announcing the 3rd Annual Holiday Designer Show House at Chestnut Hall To Benefit The Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation

Prospect, KY— Join us this December at the Chestnut Hall TRF Sanctuary Farm for the Holiday Designer Show House and get into the holiday spirit. Explore the historical farmhouse that’s adorned both inside and out with lavish holiday decorations and lights. Immerse yourself in the joy of the season. The proceeds from this event will go towards supporting the TRF and the horses under its care at Nash Farm, Chestnut Hall, and Blackburn Second Chances Program.

Explore Beautifully Designed Rooms and a Rustic Horse Barn on your tour. Featuring a variety of thoughtfully designed spaces created by talented designers, including Julia Carstanjen, Libby Helgeson Design, Cherry House, KP Designs, Charissa’s Floral Design, Harkman Interiors, Pottery Barn, Mandeline Hetzel Interiors, NOHS Culture Club, Holly Schroering, TRF Volunteers, and All Lit Up by Zeppa’s. The tour culminates in our picturesque horse barn, where Santa himself will be available for photos with children on Sunday, December 3rd and Sunday, December 10th from 3-6pm. While photos are free, donations are kindly accepted.


The Holiday Designer Show House will take place on the following dates:

December 1: Preview – 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm: Be the first to witness the enchanting Holiday Show House. Open to the public, tickets can be purchased online for $20 or at the door for $25.

December 1: VIP Cocktail Event – 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm: Enjoy an evening with music, a complimentary cocktail, and hors d’oeuvres. A cash bar will also be available. Tickets for this exclusive event are available in advance for $50.

December 2, 3, 8, 9, and 10 – Various time slots: On these dates, the Holiday Designer Show House will be open for visitors to explore and savor the holiday magic. Adult tickets are priced at $20 (or $25 at the door), and children’s tickets can be purchased in advance for $10.
